Factory Supervisor – Electrical & Metal

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory floor operations in the electrical and metal divisions.
• Plan, assign, and monitor production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety standards, and company policies.
• Oversee machinery and equipment maintenance, coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
• Inspect materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with technical and quality specifications.
• Manage workforce efficiency, attendance, and performance; provide on-the-job training as required.
• Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with stores and purchase departments for replenishment.
• Maintain production logs, daily reports, and documentation related to quality, safety, and output.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations.

Pay: ₹11,810.19 - ₹59,726.83 per month
