Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations of the cashew processing factory.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Supervise staff, allocate tasks, and monitor daily performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
Control operational costs and optimize resources.
Coordinate with management on production planning and reporting.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement process improvements.
Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with food/agri/processing background.
Minimum 35 years of experience in cashew/nuts/food processing industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good knowledge of production planning and quality assurance.
Language: Hindi mandatory.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
