Factory Manager

You are looking for a dynamic Factory Manager to join your FMCG manufacturing company located in Kangeyam. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. Your role will involve screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers, as well as collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes. In this position, you will need to ensure that factory machinery is in good working order and analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues. You will be expected to prepare production reports and submit them to key decision-makers, in addition to regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards. Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets will also be a key part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of Any Degree with 8-10 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (optional) will be an added advantage. The salary offered for this position is in the range of 60,000 - 70,000/- based on experience. This is a full-time job requiring your presence on-site at all times.
