Factory Manager and Accountant

As an employee at Plastora Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to be a part of an emerging manufacturer of high-quality plastic food containers, specializing in injection-molded packaging with in-mold labeling (IML) to provide superior branding, durability, and visual appeal to our customers in the food industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily factory operations, including dispatches of finished goods and receipt of raw materials. - Manage inventory control and stock levels to ensure smooth production and timely supplies. - Supervise the labor force and coordinate with workers to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. - Handle various ad hoc activities related to factory workflow and maintenance. - Manage accounting functions, including creating and maintaining sales invoices using Tally ERP software. - Maintain general ledgers and perform bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records. - Prepare and submit daily reports on factory performance, inventory status, and financial summaries. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in factory operations or production management is preferred. - Basic accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in Tally or similar accounting software. - Good organizational and multitasking skills to efficiently handle both operational and accounting duties. - Proactive and responsible, capable of working independently in a small company environment.
