Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and active Factory Helper to join our production team at VJSP System Pvt Ltd. The role involves assisting in day-to-day factory operations, supporting machine operators, and ensuring smooth workflow across the shop floor.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving materials as needed.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: Starting from ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in moving, loading, and positioning materials, machines, and components within the factory.
• Support CNC operators, welders, and fabrication staff in their daily work.
• Help with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the work area and machinery.
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain proper discipline on the shop floor.
• Support in packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation when required.
