Factory Floor Manager

You are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Factory Floor Manager to oversee daily operations at a pet food/edibles processing facility in Noida. As the Factory Floor Manager, your responsibilities will include managing inventory, supervising workers, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness, and maintaining equipment and machinery. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth production while upholding safety and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting periodic inventory checks, maintaining accurate records, supervising factory floor workers, enforcing hygiene and cleanliness standards, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and machinery, monitoring production processes for compliance with quality and safety standards, and collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining documentation related to production, safety, and maintenance. To qualify for this role, you should ideally have a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, Food Processing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in factory operations or food processing. Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in food manufacturing, familiarity with inventory management systems and production workflows are also required.
