Job Description

Role & responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, labor laws, environmental regulations, and workplace safety standards. Internal Audits : Conduct regular internal audits of factory operations to assess compliance with company policies, customer standards, and regulatory requirements. External Audits & Certifications : Prepare for and manage third-party audits (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ISO, SA8000). Address non-compliance issues and implement corrective action plans. Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures. Train staff and management on compliance-related topics. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of compliance audits, inspection reports, and corrective actions. Report compliance status to senior management. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of labor laws, HSE regulations, and environmental standards Excellent auditing and analytical skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Proficient in compliance reporting tools.
