Mansha Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is a 50-year-old leader in plastic blister packaging, known for precision design and reliable manufacturing quality. We handle over 10,000 design variations and serve top industrial clients across India.

We are now looking for a Factory Operations Coordinator to independently manage day-to-day operations at our Khirki Daula (Gurgaon) unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate production based on orders received from Head Office.
• Supervise daily factory activities and manpower attendance.
• Communicate with vendors for material supply, tools, and maintenance work.
• Approve small purchases and maintain proper vendor records.
• Ensure production quality as per company standards.
• Track packaging, dispatch, and transport coordination for timely deliveries.
• Handle petty cash and report daily updates to management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging factory.
• Technical or operations background preferred.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / Email reporting).
• Must be local to Gurgaon / Manesar / Khirki Daula area.
• Hindi fluency; basic English for reports.
