Facility Planning, Installation & Commissioning Manager

Role Overview: As an R&D Facility Planning, Project Management & Budget Control professional, your main responsibility will be managing projects from planning to execution, particularly for the establishment of testing and evaluation facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects from planning to execution, focusing on the setup of testing and evaluation facilities. Qualification Required: - B.E./B.TECH. in MECH/ELE/MBA Additional Details: The competency requirements for this role include: - Project Management Skills (Level: Intermediate): - Stakeholder management and ability to manage cross-country and cross-functional scopes. Collaborate and coordinate with inter and intra-vertical departments to execute tasks. - Project know-how: Industrial Building, Understanding of NBC rules, safety aspects, Contract understanding, legal know-how. - Project Management from Planning, DAP, installation & commissioning at Rohtak with Quality, Cost Control, and Timely Delivery. - Layouting: Planning facilities with close coordination with suppliers considering all aspects related to Civil, Electrical-Mechanical Utilities, IT networks, and safety. - Negotiating and influencing skills: able to influence business partners and suppliers as well as the ability to be assertive to ensure compliance with contracts. - Knowledge of International business concepts, e.g. L/C, INCO Terms, Custom Clearance, FTA, etc. - Financial Acumen (Level: Intermediate): - Information of indirect and direct taxation and its impact on the sourcing cycle. - Awareness of the changing rules and their impact on work areas. - Knowledge of tax exemption schemes, e.g. DSIR benefits, EPCG, Custom benefits, etc. - Experience of handling department/divisional audits. - Analytical Aptitude (Level: Expert): - Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret data and management reporting. - Expertise in data analysis and infographic visualization using advanced excel functions and Power Point. - Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. - General Competencies (Level: Expert): - Conceptual understanding of processes and deliverables. - Task orientation and quality consciousness. - Process-oriented mindset in executing activities in compliance with company guidelines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Customer-oriented approach.,
