Job Description

As an Administrative Manager at our company, your role will involve coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Here are the key responsibilities you will be handling: - Coordinate with Housekeeping agency to maintain hygiene of storefront & offices - Ensure security providers are adhering to required norms & regulations - Conduct safety awareness drills across the zone - Monitor and address security lapses, taking preventive measures - Analyze investigation and security reports from branches - Ensure timely maintenance of critical equipment as per AMC terms - Attend Help Desk tickets regularly and provide closure reports on time - Manage business meetings within allocated budgets - Allocate seats in offices/branches as per business requirements and recommend refurbishments if necessary In terms of Vendor Management, you will be responsible for: - Selecting vendors after background checks - Ensuring vendors' performance in terms of quality and timelines - Negotiating rates for R&M before seeking approval - Analyzing BOQ provided by vendors and reviewing specifications For Real Estate Management, your duties will include: - Seeking suitable premises for branch expansion/relocation - Following HO guidelines for premises selection within stipulated timelines - Conducting site inspections and recommending premises to the business team - Negotiating with landlords on rentals and other amenities - Ensuring due diligence of property documents through empanelled advocates - Finalizing lease agreements as per negotiated terms and approvals In Project Management, you will: - Analyze BOQs for branch setup before forwarding to Head Office - Plan branch or office setup based on project timelines and costs - Finalize bills as per approved BOQ and executed project Additionally, you will be responsible for complying with Shops & Establishment renewals on time with proper coordination. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 0-2 years of experience in Facilities Management Role/Admin Role. Freshers may apply - Candidates from Western Odisha are preferred.
