Facility Management Service Provider

The facility management service provider (Vendor) is responsible for delivering integrated facility services across all client locations in India. You will be tasked with delivering end-to-end, professional, and compliant facility management services. It is essential to ensure operational excellence, safety, statutory compliance, and service quality through experienced management and skilled manpower deployment. Your qualifications should include experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, and safety regulations. You are expected to deliver comprehensive facility services such as housekeeping, security, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC maintenance, pest control, and other soft services. Implementing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all technical assets is a key responsibility. You will also need to implement SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for all services. Vendor management and negotiation skills are crucial for this role. A minimum of 10 years of experience in providing facility management services across Pan-India locations is required, especially for large corporates, MNCs, IT/ITES companies, or industrial clients. Proven experience in managing multi-site operations, preferably 20+ locations, is highly desirable. Strong backend support with a centralized helpdesk, regional teams, and SOP-driven operations is expected from you. Demonstrated ability to mobilize manpower and resources on short notice across multiple regions is a key requirement. A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary to excel in this role.,
