As a Maintenance Executive at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and repair of properties. Your role will involve daily inspection, cleaning supervision, minor repairs, and coordination with vendors for construction tasks. Your qualifications should include 25 years of experience in property maintenance, basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and construction tools, as well as the ability to handle maintenance work hands-on or coordinate with technicians. You should have a strong sense of responsibility, work ethic, and be willing to travel between property locations. Responsibilities: - Daily inspection and upkeep of all assigned properties - Supervise and assist in cleaning, minor repairs, and general maintenance - Handle electrical and plumbing issues promptly - Coordinate with vendors or contractors for construction/renovation tasks - Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of the facilities - Maintain a maintenance checklist and resolve complaints within timelines - Prepare reports of issues resolved, inventory used, and pending tasks Requirements: - 25 years of experience in property or facility maintenance - Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, construction, and cleaning tools - Ability to handle maintenance work hands-on or coordinate with technicians - Willingness to travel between property locations - Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic The job type is full-time with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
