Facility Maintenance Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Executive with experience in facility management to oversee the upkeep and repair of our properties. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cleaning supervision, electrical maintenance, basic plumbing, minor repairs, and construction work. Responsibilities: Daily inspection and upkeep of all assigned properties Supervise and assist in cleaning, minor repairs, and general maintenance Handle electrical and plumbing issues promptly Coordinate with vendors or contractors for construction/renovation tasks Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of the facilities Maintain a maintenance checklist and resolve complaints within timelines Prepare reports of issues resolved, inventory used, and pending tasks Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in property or facility maintenance Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, construction, and cleaning tools Ability to handle maintenance work hands-on or coordinate with technicians Willingness to travel between property locations Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
