Facility Experience Coordinator

The role of a Facility Experience Coordinator involves streamlining all operation-related requests by employees, managing the front desk (reception), and overseeing Enforma processes from request assignment to closure. Responsibilities include organizing lunches/dinners for senior management meetings, booking desks and meeting rooms, providing logistic support for training/workshops, tracking and reporting as per team requirements, managing office stationery, assigning and closing Enforma requests, generating reports, facilitating communication between employees, expats, and P&A team, handling expat management, and managing the Vendor Management system for guests and expats.
