Job Description

Facility Admin cum Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Administration:

Oversee office facilities, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure a professional environment.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and service agreements.
Handle logistics for meetings, events, and employee requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
Support HR/management in basic administrative duties.

Telecaller Duties:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide information about jewellery products/services to clients.
Maintain client records, update databases, and follow up on leads.
Assist sales/marketing teams with telephonic support for promotions and campaigns.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Admin/Business background preferred).
1- 3 years of experience in administration and/or telecalling (jewellery or retail industry preferred).
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi; local language an advantage).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer service orientation with problem-solving attitude.
