Facilities Manager

One of the most prestigious residential colonies of Agra, Anthem Awas Vikas Colony, is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all residential services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff

• Coordinating with residents and resolving grievances

• Liaising with vendors and service providers

• Ensuring upkeep of infrastructure and amenities

• Handling emergencies and maintenance issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facility management (preferably in residential societies or gated communities)

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle staff and vendors effectively

• Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
