Description

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and improvement of our facility systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all facilities equipment.
Manage and coordinate facility improvement projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain facility management policies and procedures.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance activities.
Ensure efficient energy management and sustainability initiatives are in place.
Prepare and manage budgets related to facility operations and maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
5-10 years of experience in facilities management or engineering.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration.
Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes in India.
Project management skills with experience in handling multiple tasks.
