Job Description

DESCRIPTION

As part of a formal apprenticeship or regional training program, the Facilities & Administrative Coordinator supports facility operations, vendor coordination, and administrative processes. This role assists in implementing facility improvements, managing data systems, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. The position involves hands-on learning and development under direct supervision, with opportunities to build foundational skills in facilities and operations management.

Key Responsibilities: Facilities Operations & Support:

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating facility maintenance and improvement projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of floor plans and space management .
  • Help organize installation of communication equipment with internal and external vendors.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness planning and support maintenance of safety systems.
  • Facility Maintenance which includes the Daily Monitoring of Water Management,
  • HSE compliance, Environmental Compliance ,
  • RCA, Keeping the Uptime of the Equipment and Maintenance of DM water plant

Administrative & Procurement Processes:

  • Create and manage purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
  • Assist in budget documentation, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
  • Track and validate data related to facility operations and administrative processes.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

  • Support compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Participate in safety audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a safe and organized work environment.

Learning & Development:

  • Attend training sessions and off-site programs as required.
  • Make consistent progress toward acquiring skills and certifications relevant to the role.
  • Engage in team-based audits and improvement processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications:

  • Any Diploma OR Any Non-Engineering graduate.
  • Enrolment in or completion of a formal apprenticeship or training program preferred.
  • Basic understanding of PR/PO and administrative processes.
  • Familiarity with HSE principles and facility operations is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in admin, documentation, safety, data management.
  • Exposure to logistics, facilities, or administrative environments.
