Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager West (Based in Mumbai) (Salon Product Business) Company: HLYWD MD Own 3rd party manufacturing product company. Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead our Salon Product Business in Mumbai. The role demands a sharp market understanding, strong relationship-building with salons, and consistent sales execution to achieve a monthly sales target of 75 Lakhs , scaling with growth. Product Portfolio Includes: Cleansers, Peels, Toners, Massage Creams, Modelling Masks, and related professional skincare products (3K–25K range). Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Generation Drive product sales through strategic field visits and account management. Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). Identify new salon chains and independent partners for business growth. Promote cross-selling and upselling across product lines. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with salon owners, managers, and decision-makers. Conduct in-person visits, presentations, product demos, and training. Resolve client issues proactively and maintain high satisfaction levels. 3. Team Development & Leadership Mentor and guide field executives (future team building responsibility). Hire and build sales teams across major metro cities over time. Set clear KPIs, review performance, and implement upskilling programs. 4. Business Development Expand the partner network in Mumbai and surrounding areas. Close high-value B2B deals and negotiate commercial terms. Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns and offers. 5. Sales Reporting & Market Insights Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis. Share insights with leadership to refine strategies. Maintain accurate CRM and MIS data. 6. Operational Coordination Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams. Ensure timely deliveries, collections, and inventory availability. Oversee salon merchandising, product education, and POS material deployment. 7. New Client Acquisition Approach and pitch to salon chains, medical aesthetic clinics, plastic surgeons, and hair transplant doctors. Attend relevant events, seminars, and exhibitions to generate leads. Tap into referrals from current clients to expand reach. 8. Calendar Planning & Execution Plan and manage weekly/monthly appointment calendars using CRM tools. Prioritize high-value clients while maintaining consistent follow-ups. Adjust schedules dynamically to accommodate client availability. 9. CRM Utilization Maintain detailed records of client interactions and purchase history. Use CRM analytics for performance tracking, segmentation, and follow-up optimization. Leverage data insights to improve sales effectiveness. Candidate Profile: Must-Have: 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in salon, derma, beauty. Proven track record of generating 75L+ monthly revenue Established network of 500+ salons are highly preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with high ownership, field drive, and result orientation Preferred: Graduate degree (MBA preferred) Technically sound in product presentations and usage Familiarity with digital CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) Top Salon Product Companies in India (Professional Skincare & Haircare) 1.
