Facade Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Facade Site Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in facade engineering and installation

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage all on-site facade installation activities including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, aluminum panels, and other facade systems.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure technical compliance and smooth execution.
• Review facade drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor material procurement, storage, and usage as per project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with site safety protocols.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site diaries, and maintain documentation related to facade works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and recommend practical solutions.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders for site meetings and progress updates.
• Ensure timely completion of facade works within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with project planning and QA/QC teams for smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and site workers.

Desired skills -:-

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facade engineering, curtain wall installation, or related construction works.

• Strong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and installation techniques.
• Experience with reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards for facade engineering.
• Proficient in project management and site supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multipletasks on site.
• Proficient in MS Office and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.
