We are looking for an experienced Facade Site Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in facade engineering and installation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising facade works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of projects in Bangalore. Responsibilities : Supervise and manage all on-site facade installation activities including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, aluminum panels, and other facade systems. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure technical compliance and smooth execution. Review facade drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Monitor material procurement, storage, and usage as per project requirements. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. Implement and enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with site safety protocols. Prepare daily progress reports, site diaries, and maintain documentation related to facade works. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and recommend practical solutions. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders for site meetings and progress updates. Ensure timely completion of facade works within budget and schedule. Coordinate with project planning and QA/QC teams for smooth project execution. Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and site workers. Desired skills -:- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in facade engineering, curtain wall installation, or related construction works. Strong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and installation techniques. Experience with reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards for facade engineering. Proficient in project management and site supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multipletasks on site. Proficient in MS Office and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.
