Facade Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop facade systems such as

  curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing units, and other architectural envelope systems

  .
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to design compatible facade solutions.
• Conduct

  site assessments

  to collect and verify measurements and site conditions.
• Coordinate with the

  technical and estimation teams

  to prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and quotations.
• Ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide

  technical support

  during project execution and installation.
• Maintain up-to-date data of materials, systems, and industry standards related to facade design.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience:

  3+ years as a Facade Designer in a facade contracting or consulting firm.

• Education:

  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Software Skills:

  Sound knowledge in

  AutoCAD

  and

  SketchUp

  (knowledge of Revit or other design tools is a plus).

• Technical Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, fixing methods, and performance requirements.
• Ability to work

  independently

  and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday,

(Flexible work-from-home may be permitted on select days)
