Role Description

This is a full-time, Work from Home job opportunity for a Facade Designer located in Hyderabad. The Facade Designer will be responsible for preparing conceptual drawings, designing facade systems, and working on various aspects of cladding and glazing. The individual will collaborate with the project team to develop and optimize facade design solutions while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Competence in Facade detailing, Costing Evaluation and quantification.
• Expertise in Facade Design with understanding of various facade systems.
• Knowledge of Cladding and Glazing systems and materials.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with architects, developers, and project teams.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in the facade consultancy or contracting industry is a significant advantage.
• Proactive approach in handling design changes and client coordination.
