Job Title: Fabricator (Aluminium / uPVC)

Department: Production / Fabrication
Location: Factory / Workshop
Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with basic knowledge can also apply)
Salary: As per experience + overtime (if applicable)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to manufacture aluminium/uPVC windows, doors, and related systems as per drawings and quality standards. The candidate should be able to handle cutting, assembling, and finishing work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication of aluminium / uPVC windows, doors, partitions, and façades
• Read and understand shop drawings, measurements, and specifications
• Operate fabrication machines (cutting, drilling, routing, crimping, etc.)
• Assemble frames, sashes, hardware, and accessories accurately
• Ensure proper sealing, alignment, and finishing of products
• Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Follow safety rules and factory guidelines
• Coordinate with supervisors and production team to meet timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of aluminium/uPVC fabrication processes
• Experience in using fabrication tools and machines
• Ability to measure accurately using tape, calipers, etc.
• Basic understanding of hardware fittings (hinges, locks, rollers)
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Physically fit for workshop work

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in window & door manufacturing companies
• Knowledge of brands/profiles (Eternia, Fenesta, Deceuninck, etc.) is a plus
