Fabrication Engineer

We currently have an opening at our company Saideep Vibrators Private Limited for a Mechanical Engineer, job role as a Fabrication Engineer (Fabrication Division). The candidate eligibility & job profile for the same is as under:

Candidate Eligibility:

• Education Qualification: BE / Diploma Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum Work Experience: 2 Years Shop Floor experience in Fabrication & Sheet Metal Manufacturing.
• Knowledge / Skill Required: AutoCad & Perfect Ability to Read Engineering Drawings.
• Candidate Residential Location: Palghar District ONLY (Palghar, Boisar, Dahanu, Saphale, Vasai, Nallasopara, Virar).

Job Profile:

• Shopfloor & manpower management of fabrication division.
• Interpret detailed fabrication drawings for labor & supervise the fabrication work in every stage of manufacturing.
• Inspection of parts & equipment's at each stage of manufacturing.
• Maintain the speed of fabrication works & complete the production of machines in the correct time frame.
• Ensuring to meet the Quality & Safety Standards.
• Improvising by implementing new techniques for weld finishes, surface finishes & accurate tolerances in the fabrication process on the shop floor.
• Train & develop unskilled labor to skilled assets & raise the production capabilities of the assigned division.
• Provide competent technical audits to clients prior dispatch of equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
