Fabrication Engineer

We are looking for a Fabrication Engineer with hands-on expertise in Heavy Fabrication and strong knowledge of TIG & MIG welding processes. The role involves executing and monitoring critical fabrication projects in Defence, Nuclear, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, and Heavy Hydro Structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute fabrication activities as per project requirements and timelines.
• Prepare and review fabrication drawings, WPS/PQR, and welding documents.
• Provide technical guidance to welders and fabrication teams.
• Work closely with Quality, Production, and Project teams to ensure compliance.
• Conduct inspections and support in NDT & quality checks.
• Ensure adherence to ASME, AWS, ISO, or relevant codes.
• Support continuous improvements in fabrication techniques and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–8 years of experience in Heavy Fabrication projects.
• Strong knowledge of TIG & MIG welding processes.
• Hands-on experience in fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Defence/Nuclear Components, or Hydro Structures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings & welding symbols.
• Exposure to NDT processes, material specifications, and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.

Education

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Production, or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
