• Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate records of fabric stock levels, receiving and inspecting incoming fabric deliveries, and managing stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Store Operations:Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Staff Supervision:Managing and motivating store staff, providing training and guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Quality Control:Ensuring that fabrics meet quality standards, inspecting for defects upon delivery, and addressing any quality issues.
• Financial Management:Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and contributing to the profitability of the store.
• Communication:Maintaining effective communication within the store and with other departments, as well as with suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:Previous experience in a retail or store management role, with a preference for experience in the textile or garment industry.
• Knowledge:Understanding of fabric types, quality standards, and inventory management practices.
• Skills:Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Education:A bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., textile engineering, fabric technology) may be required.
