Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide accounting advice and transactional support on M&A, divestitures, structured finance, IPOs, debt/equity offerings, leasing, and derivatives.
Conduct research and interpretation of evolving standards under US GAAP, IFRS, and IND AS.
Draft technical accounting memos and support accounting policy and governance initiatives.
Perform technical research using FASB, SEC, IASB guidance, and public filings.
Benchmark client data against industry standards to identify improvement opportunities.
Support financial statement close, GAAP conversions, and implementation of new accounting standards.
Ensure high-quality client deliverables and manage engagement progress.
