Job Description

You are being offered an exciting opportunity to join as a skilled faade installation professional or site helper for high-profile international projects in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in aluminium and glass systems who aspire to advance their careers on European-standard sites. The client is committed to providing selected candidates with full visa and relocation support. Key Responsibilities: - Installation of various systems including curtain walling, aluminium windows and doors, structural glazing, fire-rated glazing, EPDM, and different cladding systems. - Loading and unloading materials, preparing work areas, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety at the worksite. - Interpreting and working from technical installation drawings, aligning precisely using gridlines and datums. - Conducting daily checks, adhering to quality assurance processes, and promptly reporting installation or technical issues to supervisors or project managers. - Strictly following health and safety regulations and site protocols. Requirements: Experience & Skills: - Demonstrated experience in faade installation, encompassing curtain wall systems, aluminium windows and doors, structural glazing, and external cladding systems. - Proficiency in reading and comprehending technical installation drawings. - Ability to set out works accurately using gridlines and levels. - Effective communication skills for team coordination and interaction with site engineers. - Basic IT knowledge for the use of mobile apps or site-related software. For Joiners (Helpers): - Basic experience on construction sites. - Willingness to learn and assist on the job. - Physical fitness for outdoor/on-site work environments. Preferred Certifications: - CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme). - IPAF (International Powered Access Federation). - PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufacturers Association). Note: Candidates without UK certifications must be prepared to obtain them post-selection. Immigration & Travel Requirements: - Visa and work permit: Fully arranged and sponsored by the client. - Travel and accommodation: Mobilization assistance provided. - IELTS Requirement: - Candidates must independently take and pass the IELTS exam (General or UKVI). - No employer-provided training or support for IELTS. - A minimum band score of 6.0 is typically necessary for visa processing. - Required documents: - Valid passport. - Educational and experience certificates. - Background verification and medical clearance. Working Hours: - 48 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM). - Overtime or weekend work may be required based on project demand.
