You should have strong experience in handling RFP's solutioning and delivery transitions in the Insurance industry. As an experienced F&A Insurance head, you will lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations across all towers of the Insurance vertical. Your background in RFPs, FP&A, Solutions, Delivery Management, and managing large teams in global Insurance environments will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage large-scale F&A delivery teams (100-200 members) within the Insurance domain. - Oversee end-to-end delivery across all F&A towers, including P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, and reporting. - Own RFP's, Solutions & Client Engagement. - Lead the complete RFP lifecycle including solutioning, documentation, pricing inputs, and stakeholder alignment. - Partner with cross-functional teams to design and present compelling solutions for Insurance F&A deals. - Demonstrate deep understanding of Insurance finance processes, statutory requirements, and regulatory expectations. - Utilize experience with yellow book / blue book frameworks for Insurance reporting. **Qualifications Required:** - 15-18+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to Insurance F&A. - Mandatory experience handling RFPs, solutioning, delivery transitions, and orals. - Proven track record managing 100-200+ member teams in leadership roles (not IC). - Hands-on knowledge of yellow book / blue book reporting frameworks. - Ability to work in UK/Europe shifts (start time at 2 PM IST).
