F & Service GSA ( male )

Job Summary
The F&B Service GSA is responsible for delivering exceptional dining service to guests in restaurants, banquet halls, or room service. The role ensures guest satisfaction by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service in accordance with the brand's standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the service.
• Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
• Process guest bills and handle payments if required.
• Assist in mise-en-place (preparation) before and after service.
• Support other areas like banquet service, in-room dining, or bar service when needed.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Hotel Management diploma/certificate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in F&B service (freshers may be considered).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service operations.
• Pleasant personality and a strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
