Role Summary

As a F&B Executive, you will be responsible for taking guest orders, coordinating with the kitchen, serving food, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Welcome guests and take accurate food and beverage orders

● Communicate orders to the kitchen team promptly and clearly

● Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently

● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area

● Build and maintain positive guest relationships

● Handle guest feedback or concerns with professionalism

● Assist in overall dining room upkeep and support team operations

Requirements

● Good spoken English is mandatory

● Strong communication and customer service skills

● Well-groomed, polite, and team-oriented

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
