EYP-VME Analyst

As an Intern with EY-Parthenon - Corporate Finance, you will be part of a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams, working with various clients to deliver insights and advice on strategies to raise, invest, preserve, and optimize capital. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct in-depth studies of financial statements and related schedules - Prepare financial statements based on provided information and analyze financial and operational results of target companies - Summarize findings of the study - Identify and communicate key deal issues affecting purchase price or deal structure - Execute diligence engagements, collaborating with engagement Managers/Senior managers/Partners - Work as part of a team to ensure timely and quality delivery of project components - Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards as per clients" needs - Understand basic valuation techniques and related studies **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Ability to prepare graphs and contribute to analyzing and presenting information - Attention to detail - Strong analytical skills - Timely delivery and effective communication with Project manager and practice offices - Excellent written and oral communication skills **Qualification Required:** - Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (minimum one group cleared) or Post Graduate in Management/MBA with specialization in Finance - 0-6 months of experience with exposure to statutory audit, internal audit, financial statement preparation, and other areas **Additional Details:** You can look forward to being part of a team with commercial acumen and technical experience, working in a fast-moving environment.
