You will be working as an Eyewear Consultant at Lens&Meds, a unique Eyecare and Medcare startup in India. Your role will involve assisting customers in choosing suitable eyewear, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes conducting eye exams, explaining product features, and educating customers on lens and frame options. Additionally, you will be responsible for administrative tasks like record-keeping, order processing, and inventory management.
