Job Description

We are looking for D365 CRM Functional Tester for Bangalore Location

Please find JD below for more details

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days joiners

Role & responsibilities

Perform
functional testing
on
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
modules.
Validate business processes, workflows, and customisation within Dynamics 365 CE.
Execute
API testing
to ensure integrations and data flow between systems.
Work
onsite at the client location in Bangalore
, collaborating with business users and technical teams.
Document test cases, defects, and communicate findings clearly in
verbal and written English

Preferred candidate profile

4-9 years of experience in
functional testing of Dynamics 365 CRM CE
.
Strong understanding of
CRM functionalities
and business process flows.
Hands-on experience with
API testing tools
like Postman or similar.
Excellent
communication skills
must be client-facing and articulate.
Must be
based in Bangalore
or willing to relocate.
