EY GDS - SAP Techops - SAP EWM - STAFF

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP EWM TechOps Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in providing functional support for SAP EWM across various regions for our global clients. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management, including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management, and problem management. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and provide advice on SAP EWM solutions and designs. Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration, user guides, and test scripts. Work closely with customers and teams to ensure timely issue resolution and addressal. Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements. Perform defect resolution and analysis related to EWM. ### Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences. 1-3 years of experience in one or more areas within SAP EWM, preferably with Global clients. Possess strong knowledge of the EWM module, including O2C, Inbound, Outbound deliveries, and P2P flows for Purchase receipts, transfers, and goods issuance from EWM. Experience in EWM integration points with other SAP modules is required. Demonstrate excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience in offshore/onsite models. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with minimal guidance or supervision in a time-critical environment. Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work, including the ability to do shifts and be on call for critical business requirements. Well-versed with EWM module - O2C, Inbound, Outbound deliveries. P2P flows for Purchase receipts, transfers, goods issuance from EWM. Experience in EWM integration points with other SAP modules. SAP Certification in SAP EWM is preferred.
