Job Description

Monitor and supervise extrusion lamination line operations.
Plan, schedule and execute daily production targets.
Ensure optimal usage of raw materials, additives & resources.
Monitor machine parameters, adjust settings & achieve quality output.
Conduct quality checks for thickness, GSM, adhesion, appearance, and other parameters.
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns & preventive maintenance.
Maintain production records, wastage reports and shift-wise MIS.
Train, guide & supervise machine operators and helpers.
Ensure 5S, safety and hygiene practices on the shop floor.
Handle troubleshooting during process variations to reduce downtime.
Coordinate with QA, Stores, Planning & Cross-functional teams.
Maintain inventory of consumables, rolls & report shortages timely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹40,847.98 per month
