Export Sales Executive / International Business Coordinator

About the Company: We are a well-established firm led by an experienced entrepreneur specializing in Basmati Rice Manufacturing, Trade, and Exports. We are setting up a dedicated export sales office in Karnal to expand our international footprint. This is a great opportunity to learn the export trade business directly from industry veterans.

Job Overview: We are looking for a smart and computer-savvy Export Sales Executive to manage our online sales channels. Your primary role will be to generate leads via B2B portals, communicate with potential international buyers via email, and manage initial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Actively manage and monitor company profiles on B2B portals like Indiamart, Alibaba, and TradeIndia to identify potential buyers.
• Communication: Draft professional emails to international clients; respond to inquiries promptly in clear English.
• Follow-ups: Maintain a tracker of potential leads and follow up consistently to convert them into orders.
• Negotiation: Handle initial pricing and term negotiations under the guidance of senior management.
• Documentation: Prepare basic sales quotations and maintain customer records using MS Word/Excel.

Requirements:

• Language: Strong command of written and spoken English is mandatory (as you will deal with international clients).
• Tech Skills: Comfort using a Windows PC, Internet browsing, Emailing, and MS Word.
• Soft Skills: Good convincing power, persistence in follow-ups, and a professional attitude.
• Location: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Karnal.
