Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring an Export Sales Executive who will be responsible for searching, communicating, and convincing international clients to buy our Ayurvedic & Herbal capsule-based products. The candidate must have working knowledge of export logistics, documentation, and shipment coordination along with strong client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

International Business Development

  • Search, identify, and approach international clients/buyers.
  • Communicate and convince clients to purchase Ayurvedic & Herbal products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers.
  • Share quotations, samples, product details, and negotiate pricing.

Client Handling

  • Handle daily communication with overseas buyers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Ensure smooth coordination from order inquiry to final shipment.
  • Maintain follow-ups for payments and repeat orders.

Export Logistics & Documentation

  • Coordinate with logistics partners for air/sea/courier shipments.
  • Prepare and arrange export documentation:
  • Invoice, Packing List
  • COA, MSDS, Label requirements
  • COO & other export papers
  • Work with CHA (Custom House Agents) for customs clearance.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with export procedures, HS codes, and country-specific regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in Ayurvedic, Herbal exports.
  • Strong knowledge of export logistics, freight, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close international orders.
  • Must be proactive in searching and onboarding new overseas clients.
  • Knowledge of export regulations, customs clearance, and shipping terms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Pharmacy or relevant field.
  • MBA (International Business) preferred but not mandatory.

Based on experience and interview.
