Job Title: Export Sales & Documentation Executive

Location: Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: 3-4 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, LC documents, etc.
• Coordinate with CHA/forwarders/shipping lines for smooth clearance and dispatch of export consignments.
• Maintain proper records of all export documents in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support export sales team by preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and customer communication.
• Share shipment schedules and dispatch updates with customers.
• Liaise with internal teams (production, accounts, stores) to ensure timely execution of export orders.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with export regulations and documentation accuracy.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
• Experience in coordinating with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and team player.
