Job Title: Argon Welder (TIG Welder) Location: Thane Experience: 1–2 Years Qualification: ITI – Welder Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for skilled Argon Welders (TIG Welders) with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in stainless steel and/or aluminum welding. The ideal candidate should be able to produce high-quality welds in a fast-paced production or fabrication environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG (Argon) welding on stainless steel or other metals as required. Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding rods and filler materials. Inspect and ensure quality of welds, maintaining precision and safety standards. Perform grinding, finishing, and cleaning of weld joints when necessary. Maintain tools and equipment and follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in Argon (TIG) welding. Proficient in welding thin sheets, pipes, or structures with high precision. Knowledge of welding symbols, joint configurations, and welding positions. Ability to work independently or as part of a fabrication team. Physically fit to handle welding tasks and work in varying conditions.
