Export Sales and Marketing

You are looking for a dedicated and proactive female Export Sales Executive to join our team at Astra Chemtech Pvt. Ltd. located in Mahim (West), Mumbai. As an Export Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in handling international clients, coordinating with various departments, and contributing to the expansion of our overseas markets. You must possess excellent communication skills, a knack for international business, and proficiency in MS Excel, especially in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Reporting. Your responsibilities will include managing international customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups, collaborating with internal teams for order fulfillment, preparing sales reports and export documentation, nurturing relationships with international clients and agents, assisting in achieving export targets, participating in international exhibitions and market research, and ensuring timely submission of commercial documents. The ideal candidate for this role should be a female with 0 to 5 years of experience in Export/International Sales, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, multilingual abilities (English, Hindi, and an additional language preferred), strong Excel skills for data analysis, detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities, experience in B2B or industrial product sales is advantageous, and a willingness to learn international market dynamics and export procedures.
