The Export Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of jewelry export documentation, coordination with banks and government agencies, and ensuring smooth shipment execution. The role requires precision, compliance awareness, and the ability to independently handle the entire export process from procurement to final realization of proceeds.

Role & responsibilities

Handle all export documentation including invoices, packing lists,
GR
forms, shipping bills, and airway bills.
Coordinate with manufacturers across India to ensure timely job work completion and dispatch for export.
Prepare and process documentation related to
DGFT, LUT, IEC, RCMC
, and other export registrations.
Manage coordination with SBI for submission of export documents, realization, and reconciliation of
EDPMS
entries.
Ensure compliance with RBI, Customs, and
DGFT
regulations for jewelry exports.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners for timely clearance and shipment.
Maintain and update records of gold procurement from Diamond India Limited and monitor job work status.
Track realization of export proceeds, prepare
EBRC
submissions, and follow up with banks for any discrepancies.
Assist in preparation of reports for management regarding exports, realizations, and financial positions.
Travel occasionally to Cochin Airport for export clearances and documentation when necessary.
