We are seeking an experienced Export & Import Executive to join our team in Panchkula, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and facilitating smooth logistics operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of international trade.
Working Time - 10 AM To 8 PMMale CandidateResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the import and export processes to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.Monitor shipment schedules and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to facilitate smooth logistics operations.Resolve any issues related to shipments, including delays, discrepancies, and documentation errors.Maintain accurate records of all import and export activities and prepare reports as required.Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and tariffs affecting import and export activities.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in import and export operations or logistics management.Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple shipments and documentation accurately.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
