Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage international shipments, export documentation, and government incentive schemes like RoTDEP, RoSCTL, and ERP-based processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation in accordance with international trade laws.
Handle incentive scheme applications such as RoTDEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products) and RoSCTL (Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies).
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA for smooth movement of consignments.
Ensure accurate filing of shipping bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and bank negotiation documents.
Monitor and track incentive claim statuses through the ICEGATE portal and DGFT.
Maintain records for customs clearance and follow up on duty drawback claims.
Operate and maintain export data using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle, etc.).
Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, QA) to ensure timely dispatch and compliance.
Stay updated with the latest DGFT, Customs, and FTP (Foreign Trade Policy) regulations.
Prepare MIS reports related to export performance, incentive claims, and documentation status

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
