Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage complete export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and other required documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for timely and accurate shipments.
Ensure all documentation complies with international trade laws and export regulations.
Track shipments and maintain up-to-date records of dispatches and deliveries.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth documentation flow and resolve any related issues.
Maintain proper filing systems for all export-related paperwork and digital records.
Follow up with concerned authorities for bill of lading, certificate of origin, inspection certificates, etc., if required.

Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of export procedures and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to handle documentation independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
