Job Description:-
:- Preparing purchase contracts for export and import.
Creating and managing purchase orders.
Drafting and handling payment letters.
Processing bills of entry and duty payments.
Managing RoSCTL and RoDTEP applications.
Ensuring accurate invoice preparation.
Overseeing checklist and label approvals.
Handling Bill of Lading (BL) approvals.
Verifying packing lists and conducting Phyto and quality certificate checks.
Managing certificates of origin.
Applying for TRQ certificates.
Coordinating with freight forwarders and CHA.
