Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Export Document Executive. The individual will be responsible for preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and supporting the sales and logistics teams. Additional tasks include tracking shipment schedules, updating export records, and resolving any documentation issues related to the export process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Export Documentation, Import Export, and International Trade
• In - depth Knowledge of Icegate is a must.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the hardware or manufacturing industry is a plus
