Job Description

Explore Travel to look for new products as per plan and where required.
Prepare Travel Reports based on your travels
Come up with new product ideas and translate them into tangible tours or excursions as per demand
Keep abreast of the latest travel trends.
Track competition on the product.
Support and Assist the teams in India with Product Knowledge
Help the team customize programs with product ideas as per their requirement
Efficient and timely action of all queries with regard to Product.
Ensure proper coordination with the operations team in India and FTOs
Write contribute to the monthly newsletter, The Art of Travel
Write Create travel content for Social Media
Sustainability and Responsible Travel are key to our product creation and the explorer must understand and be educated about it.

Specific responsibility / day to day activities

Traveling to rediscover the best-selling destinations in the Indian subcontinent
Shooting videos and stills in the Indian subcontinent to make interesting films/photo slides with the help of the in-house video desk and design team.
Share the new findings via Reports to the Operations teams and Destination Knowledge Centre and finally to external customers on time.
Use internal and external communication channels to make visible the new experiences to all customers; internal and external and prospects.
The competition analysis and market intelligence.
Product innovation as per market trends with the help of the Business Development Team.
Compiling and updating the central pool of information both online and offline for internal customers.
Engaging with friends of the Destination Knowledge Centre and increasing our pool of friends.
