As a Lead Scientist in the Analytical Research & Development team, your role will involve leading a team in method development and validation for E&L studies. You will provide your expertise in designing methods and troubleshooting issues, as well as interpreting data for a range of analytical techniques including GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS, and IC. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team in method development and validation for E&L studies - Design methods, troubleshoot issues, and interpret data for GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS, and IC techniques - Guide the preparation of technical reports and risk assessments - Oversee leachable screening on various analytical platforms - Ensure alignment with business goals for robust and quality-driven product development Qualifications Required: - Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field - Extensive experience in method development and validation for E&L studies - Proficiency in GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS, and IC techniques - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing formulation-related queries from regulatory authorities and customers. You will guide teams in addressing deficiencies in the techniques used and proactively anticipate potential concerns to address regulatory queries effectively. Additionally, you will assess and implement new technologies for project applications and regulatory compliance. You will develop proof of concept with expert support and foster external collaborations. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating technologies for streamlining existing methods and ensuring faster analysis to prepare the organization for future product portfolio challenges. Furthermore, you will mentor and offer technical guidance to the Analytical Research & Development team. You will conduct periodic training sessions to enhance their skills and performance, as well as implement tailored technical development plans to enrich the team's capabilities and expertise.,
